Sri. Shanoob P P, the founder of the Kayzan group, guided our CSR initiatives with a focus on improving the quality of life for communities connected with the company. For the past eight years, our CSR wing has been dedicated to eradicating hunger and poverty, promoting education and skill development, ensuring good health and wellness, promoting environmental sustainability, providing safe drinking water, and contributing to national causes.

Housing

As a part of the housing charity, we are involved in the construction of homes for homeless and needy individuals. Our efforts include building houses for economically marginalized communities, as well as those affected by natural disasters.

Health Care

Healthcare is a crucial aspect of Kayzan Group's priorities. Kayzan believes that good health is a fundamental element of life, as only healthy individuals can make positive contributions to the economic and social fabric of their communities and nations. To this end, Kayzan works to provide people with health education, increase access to basic healthcare services for those in need, and reduce malnutrition among children. Kayzan Healthcare is actively implementing various initiatives on the ground to support economically and socially vulnerable groups.

Education

Education scholarships are provided every year to deserving underprivileged students. The scholarships are provided for one academic year at a time. The academic performances of the recipients are reviewed each year, and if they meet the standards, the scholarships are renewed for the following academic year.

Charity and Support

The helping hand we extend to the needy proves that at Kayzan, our social conscience is alive and well. This social conscience influences everything we do. By pursuing initiatives such as CEO's charity fund for medical assistance and care and rehabilitation for physically challenged people, we are making a real difference in society. Women Empowerment

Kayzan Group has launched the "Empowering Education Empowering Womanhood" program, which includes several initiatives aimed at supporting girls in higher secondary school with scholarships, providing career guidance classes, motivational sessions, online training, and on-the-job training. The program is designed to encourage graduate housewives to step out of their comfort zone and pursue economic opportunities and income generation.

The programme will enable women to prepare and equip themselves in their spare time with the latest trends in the employment demand & supply market.

Environment

These initiatives are promoting clean environments, implementing zero waste campaigns, environmental awareness campaigns, reducing air and water pollution, plastic-free campaigns etc.'

Drinking Water

The goal is to provide access to 100% drinking water to all residents, achieved through a combination of regular water supply, bore wells, and rainwater harvesting.
